Jasmine joined the firm in 2024, having been admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine received extensive legal training and acquired valuable experience in diverse areas of law including capital markets, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, funds and civil litigation. She was also actively involved in the initial public offerings of multiple companies listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

She now engages in general practice with an emphasis on corporate and commercial matters and civil litigation

Jasmine is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
