Grace joined the firm in 2006. She has experience in private corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial loans and debt financing, as well as advising clients on general commercial matters.
Grace also has extensive experience in civil litigation including company related and contractual disputes, banking litigation, shareholders disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up, commercial and trade disputes.
