Winfield Wong Wing Cheung was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 1988. He has extensive experience in various aspects of Conveyancing and land related matters, in particular, project development (Consent and Non-Consent Scheme), drafting and approving Deeds of mutual Covenant, land resumption and compensation, land as security, acquisition of properties for re-development, properties under the Home Ownership Scheme and Tenants Purchaser Scheme.
Winfield is a member of the Appeal Board on Public Meetings and Processions, and a member of Housing Authority. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Sub-Committee, a member of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee under the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
